Replacement Policy
We appreciate your efforts to enjoy the R/C hobby sport and want to do everything we can to help you make it a life
long passion. Effective as of August 1, 2015 we will replace any broken, worn or used item at 50% of the current day
retail price for as long as you own the item. Return shipping charges apply (USPS First Class only).
To initiate a replacement request please:
- e-mail help@hot-racing.com
- attach copy of this completed and signed form (CLEAR pictures are acceptable)
- copy of your original receipt of purchase
- picture of the item to be replaced
- mailing instructions will follow in a return email including your authorization number
Restrictions:
- USA only
- if we no longer manufacture the item, it cannot bereplaced. Visit www.hot racing.com and find your part. If it is not there, we have discontinued this item.
- only items purchased through authorized dealers are eligible
Important considerations:
- parts sent in for replacement are NOT returned. Hot Racing is not responsible for shipping charges on items sent in for rebuy
- Hot Racing has final say in replacement approval or denial
- policy is subject to change at any time for any reason
- processing time of up to 3 weeks should be expected
- please note the difference between retail and sales pricing
